I had plenty of space for my SUV, and you don’t have to worry about squeezing in or getting door dings. Really easy spot to park in.

I thought this was going to be self-park, so I felt a little misled when I got there and realized it was valet. That said, the process was quicker and easier than I expected. The guy helping me was nice, and my car came back fast. No real issues, just wish the setup had been clearer upfront. I’d probably use it again.

The code worked without any hassle and saved me a few bucks. I’m sure other customers would appreciate how simple it was to use too

I checked iconparking before heading over, especially since I was going late, and the garage hours matched exactly when I got there. Compared to some parking sites I’ve used that feel outdated or have wrong info, this one was straightforward and actually reliable. The site is a little plain, but i’d rather have simple and accurate than fancy and confusing.

I used Icon Parking for just one night, i wasn’t thrilled with the experience. When I picked up my car, I noticed a few small scratches on the side that I’m sure weren’t there before. The seat and mirrors were also moved into strange positions, which felt unnecessary and made it seem like the car had been handled in a rush. The staff wasn’t rude, but when I brought it up, they didn’t really seem that concerned. For what they charge, I expected a lot more care.

I’ve been using Icon Parking for monthly parking and overall it’s been easy. The online account is simple enough and the garage staff recognize my car now, which makes things smoother. My payments have gone through okay, but I do get a little uneasy after paying because I’ve had bad experiences with other companies where things got weird once they had my money. So far, though, nothing major has happened. I did have a question about my monthly rate and support got back to me quickly. No real complaints at this point.

Not gonna lie, I booked this garage mostly because it was right by the office I was visiting, and it ended up making the whole day way easier. I didn’t have to drive around looking for a spot or deal with a long walk, which was a huge plus.
